Everything you need to know to book, pay, and manage services safely on BettaTrust.
Create Your Account
Download the BettaTrust app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your phone number — we'll send a one-time password (OTP) to verify it. Fill in your name, address , and a profile photo.
infoYour address is used to match you with nearby professionals. It is never shared publicly.
Request a Service
Tap the "Request Service" button on your home screen. Choose a category (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, etc.), describe your problem in detail, and upload photos if helpful. Select your preferred date and time window for the professional to visit.
Review the Call-out Visit
A verified professional will visit your location to inspect the job. This visit has a non-refundable call-out fee(typically ₦1,000 – ₦2,000) that covers the professional's transport regardless of whether you accept their quote.

The call-out fee is charged even if you decline the quote. It compensates the professional for their time and transport costs.
Accept a Quote & Make Secure Payment
After inspection, the BettaTrust Supervisor generates an itemized quote. You'll receive a PDF breakdown of all materials, labor, and fees. If you accept, pay the full amount into BettaTrust's secure system via bank transfer or card. The professional does not receive any money yet.
24-Hour Review Window & Payment Release
Your payment is securely processed through our payment partner. Once the Professional marks your job as complete, you’ll have up to 24 hours to report any genuine issues before payment is released according to BettaTrust’s payment procedures.
verified_userProtected Payments & Review Period
If no issue is reported within the 24-hour review period, payment is automatically released according to BettaTrust's payment procedures. If an issue is reported, funds remain securely held while our supervisors mediate.
